1. Scope of Terms and Separate Service Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Vello LLC website only. The Site provides information about our property management services.

These Terms do not apply to the provision of our property management services. All property management services offered by Vello LLC are governed by a separate, written "Vello Service Agreement" entered into between Vello LLC and its clients. Nothing on this Site shall be construed to alter or supersede the terms of that agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Vello LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

This limitation of liability does not apply to Vello LLC's liability arising from our property management services, which is governed by the Vello Service Agreement.
