The communication was frequent without resolve of issues. The entire lower level with two sleeping quarters bathroom and game room was miserable as the air conditioning didn’t work, the pool cleaner was not working and there was debris everywhere in the pool. You could message back and forth day in and day out but never got resolve of issues.
