Farmhouse Retreat | Fire Pit | 22 Acres of Land!

The house was clean and comfortable. The washer/ dryer was a very useful feature. The covered parking was nice. The only issue we had was that the internet connection was very slow. My husband had trouble logging in to work remotely. Overall it was a nice stay.

Nice place in rural area however, the trailer is definitely a lot older than the images portray. It had a strong stale, old odor. The landscaping had not been kept up…the grass was over grown. There is a lot of construction going on the main road, so there were loud construction trucks waking us up at 3 AM. Also, numerous unplanned maintenance guys showed up without warning from the host…such as beekeeper and lawn guy. Also, we found that the air filters in the home had not been changed in two years so had to purchase those out-of-pocket. Guest staying should be aware of the rug in the living room because my husband did slip on it and fell to the ground. The host was not responsive during an urgent matter and had to contact their corporate. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay but definitely needs maintenance prior to guests arriving and better communication.
