Late in the season and water level was low. Dock was at a dangerous slant! Kayaks were dirty and had spider webs and they were advertised as a main feature. Wish we had known that ahead of time. Air-conditioning system wasn’t working and that was very frustrating. Felt like property management and house-keeping wasn’t up to par compared to other places we have stayed at in the past! The layout of house sleeps lots of people, but one bathroom posed problems because you had to walk through it to get to another part of house. And communication with Vello was good, but results were disappointing with air conditioning.
