The property worked out great for our purposes. Communication with the host was prompt. The location close to the lakefront was great. There were a number of maintenance issues with the house that need to be addressed. These were shared with the host and hopefully all will be taken care of.

The home was clean and spacious. The AC was fine after we got the hang of the thermostat. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our needs.

The pictures were exactly like the house looked. The host responded very quickly to any question I had. It was very convenient to get to city park shuttle for Jazzfest. Enjoyed all 11 days at the house.
